- Prices may vary depending on material availability, project complexity, on-site conditions, or additional requirements not covered initially.
- Any modification or change request after project confirmation may lead to additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment structure and due dates will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
- Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Work will not begin until the agreed advance has been paid.
- In case of delayed payments, Met Mech Industries reserves the right to halt work until dues are cleared.
4. Project Completion & Delivery
- Estimated timeframes are approximate and depend on factors such as project scope, material delivery, weather, and availability of machinery.
- Any delays caused by third parties, suppliers, or conditions beyond our control are not the responsibility of Met Mech Industries.
- Completed work will be considered delivered upon client inspection or written confirmation.
5. Warranty & Responsibility
- Warranty (if applicable) will only cover workmanship; no warranty applies to wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, or environmental damage.
- Structural strength and safety depend on proper installation and usage by the client.
- Met Mech Industries is not responsible for damage caused after project completion.
6. On-Site Work & Safety
Clients must ensure:
- Safe and accessible working space
- Availability of power supply (if required)
- Permission to work on the property/site
Met Mech Industries follows strict safety protocols. However, we are not liable for damages or accidents caused by unsafe site conditions beyond our control.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled only before work begins.
- Once fabrication, cutting, material purchase, or site work has started, cancellations will not qualify for refunds.
- In case of cancellation by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for all costs incurred up to that point.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, videos, technical drawings, website content, and project documentation created by or provided to Met Mech Industries remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written approval.
9. Limitation of Liability
Met Mech Industries is not responsible for:
- Losses due to downtime or operational disruption at client premises
- Delays due to third-party suppliers or service providers
- Client misuse or modification of our work after project completion
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the contracted service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts where Met Mech Industries operates.
